Get My Stages
Happy path: stages the user owns, with the transactionId and chainId they belong to.
Pagination: limit (1-100, default 25) and cursor (an opaque
nextCursor from a previous response; null when there are no more pages).
Results are newest-updated first. Responses are { "data": [...], "nextCursor": "..." | null }.
